Get to know Crystal Love
Whenever I roll out my mat, I am reminded of my initial discovery of Yoga and its many healing benefits. As a retired athlete, my love for movement and coaching is rooted in optimal performance training.
I started practicing Kripalu Yoga 9 years ago because of debilitating pain in my physical, emotional, spiritual and mental body from living with endometriosis and other autoimmune “dis-ease” as a result of past trauma. Yoga inspires me to live in connection with my body, mind, and my breath in order to stay healthy and pain free.

Ritual & Recovery
BREATH | BODY
When we start to breathe fully and consciously, we open ourselves to connection and greater expansion. Dive In; somatic, psycho-somatic, integrative practices that invite you to navigate your breath, as a tool, for physical movement, focus, strengthening, and relaxation.
MIND | MATTER
It's all about mindset and choosing to show up in the face of fear, doubt, and challenge. Be loving, encouraging and nurturing to yourself. Having a mindset that embraces your own growth is what heals and unbinds negative patterns that are driven by difficult past experiences. Together, we identify and conquer limiting beliefs with clear and direct perception to reach your goals mentally and physically on or off your mat.
GROWTH | MVMT
There is always more to learn. Inquire; be curious and kind to you. Work with your strengths and gracefully tend to your challenges. Allow curiosity to lead as opposed to fear. Build long-term sustainable movement patterns that come from a strong foundation, mindful connection, awareness, patience, and core connection.
